What could possibly be so important, you ask?!</p> <p>We scramble, sauté, bake, charbroil, and grill –yet we’re missing the all-American favorite…pancakes! For too long now our grill has only been just large enough for mountains of red seasoned potatoes. Yum, those potatoes!</p> <p>It took great will, a genius, and the installment of a 2nd grill to solve this situation. Ta da, it’s a dream come true! Chocolate malt and aggressive hop additions provide a unique character that will linger.</p> <p><strong>Sleigh’r – Ninkasi Brewing, Eugene, OR- 7.2% ABV</strong><br /> A dark, strong alt beer, Sleigh’r has a ton of caramel and roast flavors. You can pick up the booze in the caramel sweetness but it is restrained. The finish is a little sour – very delicious!</p> <p><strong>Jubelale – Deschutes Brewery, Seattle, WA – 6.% abv</strong><br /> A dark, malty celebration ale with layered flavors and beautifully balanced hopping. Jubelale pours deep garnet in color, medium bodied, with notes of chicory, earth, spice and fruit. To beer lovers, it’s like Yule fire and family.</p> <p><strong>Abominable Winter Ale – Fremont Brewing, Seattle, WA– 8% abv</strong><br /> Dark, roasty, chocolatey, malt flavors balanced by Noble hop aroma and subtle hoppy spice.
